William A. Harris, CFA

As a trusted advisor, Bill Harris has integrity, strong ethics and an ironclad respect for privacy. He begins each new relationship by listening. Understanding where you’re coming from is key to helping prepare for your future. He comes to the table fully equipped to advise and illuminate clients, family, and fellow team members.

Prior to founding Longstream Capital, Bill was Chief Investment Officer at an independent trust company and SEC-registered investment adviser. He has managed securities portfolios for high net worth families, private foundations and endowments. He also has taught investments as an adjunct professor at PSU’s Graduate School of Business and has deep experience in real estate investment. In his spare time, Bill enjoys hiking, skiing and generally trying to keep up with his wife and their three adult kids.

Bill is the president and founder of Longstream Capital Management. He started the company because he believes that promoting financial harmony and success within families can have long-term impact that makes the world a better place.
